Salesforce Systems and Engagement Officer

About the role

Edify is seeking a Salesforce Systems and Engagement Officer to support its mission‑driven education programs across Central and South America. The role blends technical data management with user‑facing training, ensuring the Salesforce ecosystem runs smoothly while staff are empowered to use it effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise the Salesforce stack and integrated third‑party apps (FormAssembly, Taroworks, PDF Butler, IDE/TalentLMS).
• Perform data auditing, cleansing and migrations using SQL/SOQL and Bulk Import tools.
• Design, test and maintain Salesforce Flows, validation rules and custom formulas.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Lead onboarding, training and ongoing support for field staff in Latin America, translating technical configurations into practical workflows.
• Provide regional help‑desk support, manage knowledge articles and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Power User.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (or obtain within three months).
• Proven ability to query relational databases with SQL or SOQL.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for data manipulation and audit.
• Experience delivering software training or technical support.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
