Senior Accounting & Finance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accounting & Finance Specialist to lead financial control, inventory and cost management in a hands‑on startup environment. The role will work closely with operations, warehouse and headquarters to build robust financial processes as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial control, reconciliations, inventory and cost monitoring.
• Prepare cash‑flow analysis, cost reports, and financial statements.
• Review and validate the work of external accounting outsourcers.
• Collaborate directly with operations, warehouse and sorting teams.
• Develop and improve financial processes in a rapidly evolving startup.
• Manage accounts receivable, payments and expense control.
• Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting or financial control.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• English level B2 – able to write and participate in meetings with HQ.
• Strong knowledge of financial control, reconciliations, inventory and cost management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis, cash‑flow and reporting.
• Ability to review, validate and challenge outsourced accounting work.
• Hands‑on attitude and comfort working in a startup where processes are still being built.
• High attention to detail, discipline and organization.

What we offer
