Senior Cloud Security Engineer - Remote

About the role

As a Senior Cloud Security Engineer at BairesDev, you will protect multi‑cloud environments and ensure the integrity of digital assets for a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM policies and access controls following the principle of least privilege.
• Architect secure network boundaries using VPC configurations, WAF rules, and advanced traffic filtering.
• Manage data protection strategies, including encryption at rest and in transit with KMS and TLS.
• Lead governance frameworks and maintain continuous compliance with SOC2 and ISO 27001.
• Automate security monitoring and incident response to reduce manual effort.
• Integrate security checks and guardrails into DevOps delivery pipelines.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Cloud Security Engineering or Information Security.
• Proven expertise securing cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Deep knowledge of IAM design, network security controls, and data protection.
• Hands‑on experience with SOC2 or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
