Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end transformation and solution implementation projects across diverse sectors such as manufacturing, retail, financial services, and health. The role requires applying PMI‑PMBOK methodology, managing budgets, contracts, and delivering measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and control projects from initiation to closure, using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches as appropriate.
• Apply PMBOK processes for scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality management.
• Collaborate with the VP of Innovation to monitor business cases and ROI.
• Lead multidisciplinary internal teams and external vendors/contractors.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Prepare and present executive status reports and change‑control documentation.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Systems, Computer, Industrial or related field.
• Mandatory PMP (PMI) certification.
• Minimum 5 years leading transformation projects in multiple industries (not limited to IT).
• Advanced English is desirable.

Required skills

• PMP certification and deep knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies.
• Project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet.
• Executive reporting with Power BI or similar.
• Budget and contract management.

What we offer

• 100 % onsite work environment.
• Full‑time schedule (36 hours, Monday‑Thursday).
• Service‑based contract with a fee of Q16,000 – Q18,000 depending on experience.
• Use of personal computer for work.
