Social Media & Influencer Strategist – Integrated Brand Experience

About the role

Join Colgate-Palmolive's Integrated Brand Experience (IBE) team in Guatemala as the IBE Social Deployment lead. You will design and execute the social, content, and influencer strategy for the Central America & Caribbean region, focusing on building strong connections with Gen Z audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead holistic organic, paid, and earned social initiatives to meet reach, engagement and sentiment KPIs.
• Oversee content creation and deployment across owned websites, product detail pages and CRM, ensuring brand voice, SEO and GEO readiness.
• Monitor performance data, generate insights and continuously optimise campaigns.
• Manage relationships with regional agencies and partners to advance social and influencer programs.
• Identify, test and implement emerging social platforms and formats relevant to target audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management or digital content marketing.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
