Soporte IT – Soporte Técnico y Mantenimiento

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support professional to ensure the proper functioning of the company’s equipment, systems, and networks. You will provide timely technical assistance to internal collaborators, both on‑site and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote technical support to internal users.
• Handle and resolve incidents via ticketing system, email, or chat.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and software.
• Troubleshoot Windows, antivirus, and corporate tools.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions.
• Address basic network issues, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and IP telephony.
• Support users through remote tools such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer.
• Keep inventory of equipment and licenses up to date.
• Document solutions and create support manuals.

• Antivirus solutions.
• IP telephony or telephone system basics.
