About the role
Athena is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to lead recruitment campaigns across multiple sourcing channels. You will be responsible for building a robust pipeline of candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop tactical and strategic sourcing plans for assigned channels to meet hiring targets.
- Execute sourcing activities to increase the candidate pipeline for recruitment processing.
- Maintain a high‑quality candidate experience and foster employee engagement.
- Monitor and control cost‑per‑hire and conversion rates from applicant to hire.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, preferably in a volume hiring environment.
- Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and experience using job portals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills.
- Self‑motivated, persistent, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
