Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide expert assistance for our web and mobile applications. The role involves troubleshooting, supporting API integrations, and collaborating with development teams to ensure a seamless user experience. This position is fully remote, offering stability and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for web and mobile applications, addressing user issues promptly.
• Diagnose and resolve problems related to GraphQL or REST APIs in production environments.
• Assist front‑end teams working with React‑based frameworks such as Gatsby.js or Next.js.
• Collaborate with back‑end developers using NestJS or equivalent Node.js frameworks.
• Participate in incident management and contribute to knowledge‑base documentation.

Required profile

• Fourth‑year Systems Engineering student or a university degree in a technology‑related field.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in technical support for web and/or mobile applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work with GraphQL or REST APIs in production.
