Técnico Electromecánico – Mantenimiento Industrial

About the role

We are looking for an Electromechanical Technician to join our industrial maintenance team. The role involves ensuring the reliable operation of equipment in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric motors, gearboxes, centrifugal pumps, motor‑reducers and conveyor belts.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
• Use electrical measurement tools to verify equipment performance.
• Collaborate with shift teams to cover rotating schedules and overtime as needed.

Required profile

• Industrial High School diploma or Technical degree in Maintenance, Electricity or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2‑3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in food or consumer‑goods plants.
• Own motorcycle and availability for rotating shifts (including weekends).

Required skills

• Knowledge of electric motors, gearboxes, centrifugal pumps, motor‑reducers and conveyor belts.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency with electrical measurement tools.
• Basic computer skills: Windows, Office suite and email.
