Telesales Executive

About the role

The Telesales Executive will manage outbound calls to corporate clients, presenting service information and ensuring proper commercial follow‑up. This full‑time, onsite position is based in Zone 15, Guatemala City, and supports the sales team in daily administrative and reporting tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to corporate prospects, delivering clear service presentations.
• Coordinate agendas and schedule follow‑up meetings.
• Record interactions and client data in internal systems and CRM.
• Assist in preparing quotations when required.
• Track and resolve incidents, directing requests to the appropriate departments.
• Support the preparation of basic activity and results reports.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an empathetic approach.
• Previous experience in service sales, call‑center environments, or corporate telephone management.
• Basic proficiency with office tools and data‑entry systems.
• Excellent organization, time‑management, and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude, results‑oriented, and willingness to learn and collaborate.
