About the role

Agentify is looking for a Spanish‑speaking Sales Agent to join its virtual call centre. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any quiet location in Guatemala while supporting international brands.

Key responsibilities

• Collect customer information using a questionnaire and present products tailored to individual benefits.
• Handle objections, promote product courses, and process orders efficiently.
• Enter order details, delivery addresses, and submit records for moderation when software issues arise.
• Analyze customer feedback, determine appropriate actions, and forward information to responsible teams.
• Review and evaluate dialogue quality to ensure service standards.

Required profile

• Advanced spoken Spanish with clear articulation.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or call‑centre environments.
• Proficiency with a PC or laptop (Windows or iOS) and ability to receive remote technical support via TeamViewer.
• Stable wired LAN internet (minimum 60 Mbps) or 5G connection.
• Headset with microphone, noise‑cancelling capability.
• Quiet, distraction‑free workspace.
• Additional language skills (German, Italian or English B2) are a plus but not required.
