About the role
Our client, a cleaning service, is looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations remotely. You will be the main point of contact for clients and cleaners, ensuring smooth communication and efficient recruitment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and route inquiries appropriately.
- Screen and interview potential cleaners over the phone.
- Hire qualified cleaners and onboard them into the system.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients.
Required profile
- Excellent command of English (C2, C1 or native level).
- Strong interpersonal skills for interviewing and client management.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
- Competent, task‑oriented, proactive with a hands‑off approach.

What we offer
- Full‑time remote position with a 45‑hour work week (Mon‑Fri, 07:30‑17:30 CT).
- Salary paid in USD or local currency, based on candidate preference.
