About the role

The Recruitment Analyst will support large‑scale talent acquisition for vacant positions within Corporación Bi, a leading financial services organization. You will attract, screen and follow candidates through the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct massive recruitment campaigns to source qualified candidates for assigned vacancies.
• Publish job openings across multiple recruitment channels and job boards.
• Review and analyse résumés to verify that candidates meet the required criteria.
• Track open positions and monitor candidate progress until successful hiring.

Required profile

• Active university student, at least in the third year of Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in nationwide mass recruitment.
• Proficient in using job‑board platforms and conducting résumé analysis.
• Experience in preparing recruitment reports is a plus.
