About the role

The Field Auditor is responsible for performing on‑site inspections and service cuts on the HFC cable network across the capital and surrounding municipalities. The role involves verifying network usage, freeing ports for new installations, and ensuring that only active users remain connected.

Key responsibilities

• Execute cut routes for arrears and voluntary disconnections in designated sectors, including high‑risk zones.
• Validate saturated taps to release ports required for new installations.
• Conduct node sweeps and audit poles within selected sectors to confirm user activity.
• Communicate with the back‑office audit team and use the system to verify user status; physically suspend service for inactive users.

Required profile

• Technical background in electricity or electronics, preferably with cable‑TV installation experience.
• B‑type driver’s license.
• Willingness to work under pressure, on shifts and holidays.
• Good attitude toward assigned challenges and knowledge of local addresses.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to perform daily mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work at heights and handle basic tools.
