App Dev-Support Engineer I

About the role

The App Dev‑Support Engineer I will manage QA and non‑production environments, deploy software releases, and provide support to QA teams. This role ensures stability and consistency across testing platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain multiple QA and non‑production Windows Server environments, including IIS, Windows Services, scheduled tasks, and configuration files.
• Prepare environments for scheduled releases, execute deployments using TrueSight Server Automation, and perform post‑deployment validation and smoke testing.
• Administer SQL Server databases for QA, handling creation, refresh, backup/restore, replication, and troubleshooting.
• Support QA teams during smoke, functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing, resolving environment, deployment, application configuration, IIS, Windows, SQL Server, and connectivity issues.

Required profile

• College‑level education in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
