Systems Administrator – Application Delivery & Security

About the role

We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our Infrastructure team, focusing on highly available, business‑critical environments. The role centers on F5 BIG‑IP application delivery, Imperva Web Application Firewall, and hands‑on administration of Windows Server and VMware vSphere.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot F5 BIG‑IP/LTM, including virtual servers, pools, health monitors, iRules, SSL/TLS and certificates.
• Manage Imperva WAF – onboarding applications, tuning security policies, and resolving false positives.
• Support Microsoft Windows Server environments (Active Directory, IIS, DNS, certificates, services).
• Maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure – vCenter, ESXi, HA, DRS, vMotion, virtual machines and clusters.
• Handle production incidents, root‑cause analysis, patching, upgrades and vulnerability remediation.
• Participate in disaster‑recovery testing, infrastructure monitoring and capacity planning.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks and recovery procedures.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of systems administration or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Hands‑on experience with F5 BIG‑IP/LTM and Imperva WAF (or comparable WAF).
• Strong Windows Server administration background, including Active Directory and IIS.
• Experience managing VMware vSphere environments.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS and load‑balancing concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot multi‑tier enterprise applications and participate in on‑call rotation.
