About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Kiosk Attendant to join our team at GCG in Guatemala. You will be the front‑line representative handling customer purchases, ensuring accurate cash management and delivering excellent service in a fast‑paced airport environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collect payments from customers for kiosk purchases.
- Perform complete cash and POS closing at the end of each shift.
- Prepare and submit closing reports and supporting documents to the accounting department.
- Maintain a tidy and organized kiosk area.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and dynamic setting.
- Reliability and discipline to follow closing procedures.
Required skills
- Cash handling.
- Operation of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Basic documentation for accounting purposes.
