Coordinador de Trade Marketing (80% campo / 20% oficina)

About the role

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Coordinator who will ensure our brands achieve optimal visibility, availability and execution at the point of sale. The position combines extensive field work (about 80% of the time) with office planning to drive sell‑out growth for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams of supervisors and promoters.
• Design and implement strategies that boost sell‑out.
• Negotiate displays and strategic spaces with clients and retail chains.
• Ensure correct execution of promotions, product launches and activations.
• Analyze commercial indicators, inventories and results to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Logistics to maximise results.
• Visit points of sale regularly to guarantee execution excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing.
• Proven experience in mass‑consumer, retail or distribution companies.
• Experience managing promoter teams and field supervision.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyse commercial indicators.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Availability for flexible schedules and frequent travel.
• Strong negotiation skills and results‑oriented mindset.
