Hygiene Assistant – Cleaning & Dishwashing

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Hygiene Assistant to join our team in Guatemala. In this role you will help maintain clean and safe environments across our facilities, supporting our commitment to exceptional service for airline and airport customers.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize designated areas, including lounges, waiting rooms, and workspaces.
• Wash and maintain dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and properly used.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to protect staff and visitors.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
• Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving equipment.
• Basic communication skills in Spanish (and preferably English).
