Kitchen Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team at GCG. In this role you will support daily food preparation and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment, contributing to the high‑quality service we provide to airline and airport customers across the Caribbean and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation, portioning, and plating.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring proper handling and storage of ingredients.
• Support inventory management by receiving deliveries and restocking supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak periods.

Required profile
