Key responsibilities

• Monitor client social media channels across platforms for mentions, comments, and emerging topics.
• Document and report insights, sentiment, and potential issues to internal teams.
• Collaborate with customer‑service and marketing teams to craft appropriate responses.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
