About the role
Conduent is seeking a Customer Experience Associate I to provide business support and technical assistance through call center activities. The role involves handling customer inquiries, following established procedures, and delivering service in a warm and empathetic manner.
Key responsibilities
- Assess incoming calls, determine immediate service, transfer, or follow‑up actions.
- Identify customer needs using case notes and provide accurate information.
- Follow standard scripts and guidelines to meet service level agreements.
- Gather necessary data to update the database and escalate issues when required.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidate with basic analytical and operational skills.
- Ability to work under close supervision and follow detailed procedures.
- Strong interpersonal communication, delivering information in a warm, empathetic tone.

- Basic proficiency in using call‑center software and data entry tools.
