AWS/AI Solutions Architect

About the role

3Pillar Global is seeking an experienced AWS/AI Solutions Architect to lead AI‑driven delivery across client engagements. You will own high‑level design, set technical standards, and stay hands‑on in the codebase while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build architecture that embeds AI agents throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to release management.
• Define technical standards for AI‑assisted versus human‑in‑the‑loop processes to ensure quality, compliance, and client trust.
• Assess and integrate new AI/agentic tooling into existing cloud stacks and client environments.
• Partner with solutioning teams on pre‑SOW technical design, effort estimation, and proposal creation.
• Own the end‑to‑end architecture on cloud platforms, manage risk, and communicate long‑term technical vision.
• Mentor engineers through Communities of Practice and promote AI‑driven delivery skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years as a Software or Solutions Architect with hands‑on cloud and AI experience.
• Strong communication skills in English, able to interact with executives and global development teams.
• Proven ability to lead Agile projects, manage multiple parallel initiatives, and make critical technical decisions.
