Front-End StencilJS Software Engineer

About the role

3Pillar Global is modernizing a security‑critical front‑end estate for a major institutional client, converting Angular and AngularJS applications to StencilJS web components. This hands‑on engineering position is designed for an early‑career professional ready to grow quickly in an AI‑assisted delivery environment.

Key responsibilities

• Convert Angular/AngularJS applications to StencilJS web‑component model, delivering one application per build cycle.
• Write StencilJS unit tests with a target of at least 75% coverage.
• Integrate front‑end applications with client back‑end APIs using mocks and a strangler‑fig cutover, ensuring independence from back‑end changes.
• Deliver build‑ready and test‑ready applications that meet code‑quality and vulnerability‑scan requirements (no Critical or High findings).
• Provide accurate status tracking, reporting, and estimation using project tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience with StencilJS or a component‑based front‑end framework.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern web‑component development.
• Experience integrating front‑end applications with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployment on Kubernetes (AKS).
• Basic front‑end security hygiene and ability to interpret dependency‑scanning output.
