Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to develop and maintain a tax research and workpapers platform. This short‑term contract runs until December 31 and is fully remote, allowing you to work across the entire AWS cloud stack.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive front‑end interfaces using ReactJS.
• Build scalable back‑end services with Node.js, C#, and Python.
• Manage data persistence in PostgreSQL and AWS DynamoDB.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain infrastructure on AWS (SQS, Lambda, ECS, CloudFront, ALB, EventBridge).
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and automate pipelines via GitLab CI/CD.
• Write automated tests using Jest and Playwright to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Upper‑intermediate English communication skills.
